Get Them To Like You-
The fifth chapter of the book. What I've gather from this chapter would be that decorum is everything, especially when you're trying to persuade people. People who pitch ideas or products use decorum as a way to "relate" with investors or consumers. By being able to relate to someone you could potentially be able to win them over. I also learned that your way or relating with people in one area, may not be as effective to people in other areas. You have to be able to relate to people no matter where you are. Decorum is a vital piece in a persuasion argument.
